One Property, Multiple Private Spaces
Four Winds is a historic, owner-occupied private residence at 317 W Sam Rayburn Dr in Bonham. It is not a hotel. The five guest spaces are all private — each has its own entrance, its own bath, and its own parking spot. When a group books multiple spaces on the same dates, everyone is on the same property without sharing bathrooms or sleeping areas.
Each space sleeps two guests. A group of 4 books two spaces; a group of 8 books four spaces; a full property buyout of all five spaces accommodates up to 10 guests. Spaces are booked individually through the reservation platform — book each one on your same travel dates.

How to Book
Booking Multiple Spaces
- Contact us first at 903-449-4928 or fourwindsvenue@gmail.com with your dates and how many spaces you need. We’ll confirm availability across all units before you start booking.
- Once availability is confirmed, reserve each space separately through the booking platform. Go to All Accommodations, open each unit page, and use the Reserve Your Stay link for your dates.
- Add pets during booking if applicable (cottages only, $40 per pet, max 2 pets, no size limits).
- Each booking gets its own confirmation and keypad code sent 24 hours before check-in. Check-in is 3:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM.

No. Every guest space has its own private bathroom. The three main-house suites share the Victorian home’s hallways and staircase but not bathrooms. The two cottages are fully detached from the main house. Outdoor areas are shared by all guests on the property.

Yes. One dedicated spot per unit in the front lot (main-house suites) and back lot (cottages). An overflow lot accommodates additional vehicles, including trucks with trailers or RVs. Towing at owner’s discretion. No parking fees.
