Reservations are non-refundable across all booking channels. The one exception is Airbnb, which applies the Super Strict 60 policy: full refund if you cancel 60 or more days before check-in; no refund within 60 days.
All other reservations — including direct bookings — are non-refundable. Review the cancellation terms shown at the time you complete your booking.
